Step 1: Upload and Activate Twitter Bird Plugin
Step 1a: Goto Appearance > Editor
Step 2: If you want to paste this code in to your sidebar then Click sidebar(sidebar.php) or whatever page you like
Step 3: Paste this code wherever you want to display
